AHH Lifeskills is a family-run disability support provider with over 20 years of experience. We’re built on lived experience, compassion, and a deep understanding of the challenges families face.

Founders Robert and Adelaide know this personally — Robert’s younger brother has intellectual disability and autism, and Adelaide spent years working in special education. Together, they wanted to create something different: a service that’s personal, flexible, and truly supports families.

At AHH Lifeskills, we’re more than just a service — we’re a community. We bring like-minded people together to build confidence, learn new skills, and make genuine connections. Whether it’s barista training, animal care, or weekend outings, everything we do is tailored to what matters most to each person.

We offer a range of programs and supports, including:

Daily Life Skills Training – Support with cooking, budgeting, personal care routines, and other activities to build independence.

Social and Recreational Activities – Group programs and outings that encourage social interaction, confidence, and a sense of belonging.

Community Access – Assistance with participating in local events, education, and employment opportunities.

Tailored Programs – Individualised sessions designed around participants’ unique goals and NDIS plans.

Our focus is to create a safe, supportive environment where participants can thrive.

We proudly service the Adelaide Hills, Adelaide metro area, and surrounding regions, with programs held in Hahndorf and across the community.

Our practice is located within Building F on the podium level of the Lexington Corporate complex at 24-32 LexingtonOur centre operates Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.
Programs and excursions are run on scheduled days, with morning and afternoon sessions available. We work with participants and their families to find times that suit individual needs.
